GESTURES

Believe it or not,
The hand is quicker than the eyes
They move in shadows,
They can attack you on the fly,
Goodbye in waves,
Hello & Hi,
With a hand shake,
Can you feel trust,
Or it’s just a sense,
What makes a man’s gesture authentic,
For a woman to consider him a gentleman,
I just want to open up eyes,
Than deceive them with trickery,
Magic,
I want everything to be believable,
I want people to be free from their traps,
And make life happen,
Just like that.

REFRESHED

Hydrated,
And funded with cool,
Waited a while,
Definitely paid my dues,
I feel good,
I am less stressed,
I let go,
I had a great rest,
The good sensation,
I love it,
I am doing better,
Even on a budget.

PLEASED

Today was a good day,
Everything I did,
I slayed,
Like Beyonce,
Or like MJ,
Throwing up a J,
Things are going my way,
You can see it by the way I move,
I get down on the ground,
Like disco I am going to bust a move,
Grooving to tunes,
I get lost in my happy ways,
Don’t come looking for me,
I am hiding in satisfaction,
Not leaving anytime soon, I want to stay.
