JUST IN TIME | #POETRY #NOOBPROOFAPRIL

Just in time I made it,
Right on time you hated,
Why is it you want to break me down,
I am trying to come up,
I made all the right plays,
But just my luck,
An obstacle arrives,
I dive and duck,
But it caught me anyways,
Trust it sucks,
But in time I broke free,
Catch me,
If you can,
Nah,
I am gone,
Can’t see me.

They do the most to come at cha,
The thinking they clever backstabbers,
Trying to wet you when you dry,
Trying to hang you out to die,
They try to lead you with a lie,
Won’t be there when you cry,
Unless that’s their thing,
When I see them,
I say off with their heads,
For I am the king.
I run things.

Tell me lies,

Go ahead,

Tell me lies,

For I won’t believe,

Your words I don’t feel,

Tell me lies,

Tell me more lies,

For it seems like your only truth,

I see you are untrue,

Tell me lies,

For I had died listening,

Soon after your lies,

I will still see you.
