CONVINCED

I am so convinced,
That the world is going to pieces,
People fighting people,
People filled with diseases,
They can’t see it but they got eyes,
The even got ears,
But rather wear near ties,
Killing themselves,
It’s sad to see,
For my eyes are working,
Trying to figure out to help others to see.

HOPEFUL

Hopeful for good blessings,
Hopeful for good thoughts,
Hopeful for every meal eaten,
Hopeful for decisions that are smart,
I can always feel comfort in my hopeful ways,
So much invested, to see much more brighter days.

DAY DREAMER [#SpokenWord]

For your every imperfection,
I feel for you,
I believe in you,
To see your dreams come true,
Eye to eye I stay low-key,
Hidden in the shadows,
Couldn’t go back home, had no keys,
Survival at any means,
Willing to touch the steel,
Trying to desert poverty,
I need my next meal,
Dealt a hand of cards,
Lost my way to the cause,
I kept on waiting for the times to change,
I awoke another man,
Had a plan, executed it,
Everyone coming home,
Grand slam.
