As I breathe hard,

My finger itches with my pencil,

To this pad I scribble what sounds good,

Creating art on the spot,

Unleashing my voice,

Exploring a viewpoint,

Crafting these lyrics.

Too Drunk To Walk

Shaking at the knees as I walk out of the bar,

Hand in my pocket shuffling through junk for the keys to my car,

My vision is impaired and don’t think I could even drive,

I just want to get to my car so in a lovely dream I could dive.
